Terms and Conditions

When we receive your initial order, we will contact you to confirm.

Whilst a selection of the items pictured can be reproduced, actual sizes and the colours of the glass used may vary.

Requests for changes will happily be considered, depending on availability, but any changes made will be reflected in the price quoted.

Post and packaging is not included in the prices quoted and these will be confirmed once your order has been agreed. All orders must be paid for in advance and goods will not be despatched until cleared funds have been received. New commissions – 50% of total agreed price is payable prior to the commencement of production, with the remaining 50% plus post and packaging costs payable by cleared funds prior to despatch.

Delivery: All items will be despatched via post/carrier at customer’s cost between 6-8 weeks, unless otherwise specified. Every attempt will be made to meet personal deadline requests.
